Q. How long does shipping take?
A. In general, it takes us between 1-2 business days to get orders packaged up. From there it's about a week for First Class Packages and 3-5 for Priority. We use USPS for all our packages. We do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states but not internationally at this time.
Q. Do you sell in bulk?
A. No. Although we carry a large of amount of stock, unfortunately, we still don't carry enough inventory to sell in bulk.
Q. Can we use or copy the pictures on your site?
A. No. And Yes. :) All of the Zoo Mania, Sea Mania, and Jungle Mania pictures and pictures of Adam belong to us and are copyrighted. Please don't steal them. Most of the other pictures are ok. It's best to email us first to see if you can copy a picture.
Q. We have a product we want you to sell. Do you take suggestions?
A. Absolutely! We love to hear from our customers!
Q. When will the next hidden animal contest be?
A. We will have a contest every month. Usually around the 2nd week of the month. Check back once in a while or join our email list to be notified.

A. Adam started the company in May of 2008. It was his idea and he was the first store on the internet to sell Zoo Mania pencil toppers to individual customers.

A. No. We operate on a first come first served basis so that everyone gets a fair chance to get the items they want. If you would like to get notified when we have new items or rares in stock, you can join our email list.

A. The way rares work is that in every box of regular animals there are a few rares. We find and collect the rares and when we have enough to sell, we will put them up on the website. There is no set time frame but it's generally a couple of times a month.

A. Yes, absolutely! We never sell or give away any of your information and we use encryption software and have a valid SSL certificate.
